Demoiselle Cranes taking first flight in the morning.
I was very keen to take their flight, just after the sunrise in the morning, which resulted in under wings with very warm light, which lasted for about ten minutes, that too in a particular sphere.
In this equipment savvy world, people used to laugh, whenever I mentioned that I didn't purchase a lens for the last 10 years. Recently, I happened to buy Canon 70-200 F 2.8 IS II and this was first shoot with that lens. Of course, I'm impressed with the performance. This is full frame.
Thank you so much for your kind attention & views!
Canon 7D; 70-200mm IS II; 1/1600 sec. at F 3.5; ISO 400.

Excellent detail in the shadows on the leading crane. I am seeing this a bit over saturated, I think. Hard to tell, since I don't know the bird or the location.
