Stylistic very similar to your previous image from here. The soft details, like in the sea foam, maybe seem to work better in this one.

Quite a sweet looking seascape. Personally I think I prefer a shorter shutter speed to preserve some more details and textures in the foreground water which seem a bit thick and soupy to me.
