Even Flow

The shack nasties are starting to set in big time here in the north country and I'm digging through the archives in search of spring inspiration. This type of scene, although not the big dramatic scene typified by the internet wonderboys, does get my juices flowing. It exemplifies the very nooks and crannies I love to explore around my home. The best part is it's fairly certain you won't run into another photographer, and if you do he or she will give you the same puzzled look you've got on your face. As if to say, "How the hell did you find this place?"

As always thanks for taking a peek.

An excellent leading comp, and I like the toning. I also like the way the lighting leads me to the falls. Well done.

Nice b+w conversion with nice contrasts. The effect on the water is perfect and I like the composition.

I like the energy and the near to far perspective, Kurt. Well composed and captured.

I like this image, Kurt. The dramatic perspective really engages my eyes and the lines lead my eye to the falls. The deep shadows really help to keep my eyes traveling upstream.

Hi Kurt :wavey: I think you captured the motion of the water wonderfully well. The B&W conversion is made to order, for this fine composition

Really nice Kurt, the dark corners keep the eye in the frame and the water leads you right in to the nice little falls in the background. The conversion looks good as well. Haha on the Marcy, Haystack comment..
