I was just sitting on my porch, when I noticed this lizard catching dinner.

Great catch of the catch, Lucy. Excellent timing, and a very good comp showing the full length of the lizard. The environmental bg colors are nice too. My only very minor suggestion is to burn the bright area under the tip of the tail.

Nice capture of the action. The OOF purple area behind the lizards head to me is a bit distracting. Maybe if it was darkened a bit would work. Thanks for sharing.

Great capture of this critter in action. Nice pose, perch, and overall comp. I do wish the lovely purple OOF flower wasn't right behind the lizards mouth and prey. . .it is a bit distracting. Perhaps darkening that and the bright area under his tail would be helpful. Don't know what aperture you used but perhaps a wider opening would have helped blur the background more. Still this is a great find! Boy, just sitting on your porch and you can see a shot like this. . .
