Beautiful, Albert. You took nothing out or left nothing in that was not necessary for perfection. Lovely.

Sweet! That center is an entire city with bldgs, lights and streets...cool...had to open the big version to see it more clearly. Well done!!!

Albert: I like this very much as is but I think there are a few compositional choices at time of capture that would have run through my head. Since the bud is a plus element I would like to see it have a little bit more room underneath it. Simply lowering the camera would leave you with too little room up top so the ultimate answer is a little wider view. I would also consider rotating the camera to the right to push the flower to the left in the frame. With this capture I think I would crop from the left to 5:4. I do commend your DOF choice and plane of focus management and despite my critique I think this is a delightful image.>=))>

Pretty portrait! I agree with Bill however that if you have a bit more room below it might be even nicer.
Your DOF worked out really well despite the f22!

A well caught beauty, Albert! I like the repetitive angles, the detailed blossom and the "to die for" background. A slight crop from the left at about a 4:5 would help, but still a pleasure to look at!

Very nice, Albert. The clean, soft green bg is perfect for the pink Osteopermum. Osteopermums are among the most photogenic flowers, and your capture here shows why. Excellent work.

That's a beautiful bloom with great details and I like the echo in the background. I could see this without the bud and with the main bloom shifted to the lower left.

Albert:

A delightful image and I like it as it is. An alternate image would be a portrait mode with more room for the bud.
