Same comp/evening as an image posted before, but slightly different lighting. I found this file just today and decided to work it. The patterns in the clouds weren't quite as strong as in the other post, but the light is definitely more golden. Do you prefer the better light, or stronger comp?

Here's the last post:

See the two humps (mountain peaks) just to the right of center? The tall hump on the right is Longs Peak here in CO, at 14,259' (in case any of you were interested). I really wanted to include it in the comp and bring attention to it here, as it is the icon of the Front Range.

Canon 60d 10-22mm @ 15mm
ISO 100 --- f/8 --- 1/60 sec. --- tripod --- no filters

Thanks for looking/commenting. View Large!

That is really a cool sky Nathan and you doubled the pleasure with catching a reflection of it as well. Maybe a touch cw rotation but hard to tell in this luminosity.
Nice work

Wow, simply beautiful, detailed and symmetric reflections, Nathan I love how the could front moves diagonally across the image - that makes this image really dynamic. Really beautiful reflection shot here!

Wonderful image, Nathan, I'm really enjoying the cloud formations and colors. I could see maybe brightening the left side of the image ever so slightly to balance out the exposure a bit. Very nice as presented too. :toast:

That's a killer photograph. Nuff said. I would brighten it up a notch or two.

Beautiful sunrise image. Great symmetry in your composition. The clouds and their reflection draw me into the image. Having the horizon works very well in this image.

Beautiful evening Nathan. I prefer this image over the previous one due to the warm coloration here. This image just envelopes you and makes you feel a part of the scene.

Incredible cloud formation. I like how you composed this scene. Great reflections and the symetric comp works well here.

Thanks for all the input/comments. Zack/Kane--- Your right that it is a bit dark! Here's a slightly lightened version, overall lightened, and lightened on the left side...
