I'm in a framing mood, so I worked this up today to put on my wall.

Very pretty, Lucy. I like the complementary purple, green and black colors.

Wonderful framing of a wonderful portrait. I would certainly hang it.

Lovely iris portrait. I like the framing of your image. However, a little nit, I feel the light bg distracts from the over all image.

I really like the portrait of the flower but I am a little confused about the background...Mainly because it seems that it includes a building and it is tilted to the left. The tilt of the flower is nice but I am wondering if you have enough room to straighten it out just so the building doesn't lean!

This is very pretty, Lucy. I like the light on the flowers and the shadows in the background. I'd be inclined to crop some of the darkness off the bottom.

Lucy:
This is not an easy flower to photograph but I think you have done a pretty good job. The bg dark lines are a little distracting. The framing looks good as it is; I might decrease the saturation of the blue lines a little though as it is competing with the iris.

And well you do, Lucy, putting it on your wall: for me is a splendid photo, impressive and serene at the same time.
Take care.
