Cool "calm after the storm" look with the windswept foreground, and the calmness evident in the entire scene. Excellent snow detail in the soft light.
I'm still trying to figure out what the curving horizontal line is -- a fence across the distant field?

Such a calm and comforting image. I'm sure it was cold but even with the bluish cast, this still has a warm feeling to it. So nice.
