Fantastic eye contact, Jagdeep. An emotionally soft tender portrait that looks like you've become a trusted member of the family. Beautifully done.

Intimate portrait of this little one. Love the endearing eyes.
Are the reds oversaturated? I don't know as I haven't seen these except behind zoo bars. Mom's face seems overly red to me.
Fine catch!

Well done! I don't know if this is over saturated or not, but I would be tempted to selectively bring down the red in the mother's face anyway.

Beautifully composed, Jagdeep, and great fur and face detail. May I say, on your behalf, that the reds are not over saturated; they're normal!

A tender image of this baby and mother Jagdeep. Excellent detail and sharpness. I do think that the saturation comment is valid here. That said, I have never seen one of these in real life, so Dr. Ajit is probably a better person to comment as a fellow countryman of yours. I would address the noise in the OOF areas.

Thanks friends & thanks Dr. Ajit for my recue.
I believe that reds are normal for this specie, anyway I touch the saturation mildly.

Hi Jagdeep,

Fantastic, haunting, enchanting eyes - love those! And, that massive ear has huge appeal to me too! I very much like the composition here, including the how all the key "bits" are positioned within the frame. I can nothing to the saturation discussion as I have only seen these in captivity and that was years ago.

My only very minor nit pertains to the forehead top 10 or 15% of the image (brow and forehead region of the mother) - personally I wish this area was in focus too - pretty much all the rest of the subjects are in focus (with minor exceptions in the shadows) and my eye was drawn to this area (tho' admittedly only after resting on those eyes and ears!).

Thanks for sharing this with us...

Outstanding Jagdeep,
Very touching moment you captured, from my experience with the wild Rhesus Monkeys in Florida, the colors are spot on and very natural in both the juvenile and the adult. Great post.
