Here's an older image I took back in march 2012. I was wandering around an area when these few rocks caught my eye. I guess it was the way that they were laid out, or broken, that seemed a bit unique. The diagonal lines at the top were also eye-catching for me. As for the surroundings, well, there was nothing worth including in the frame, so I opted for this pano that I thought showcased the subjects without unnecessary distractions.
Although this isn't one of my 'all time favorites', I like it quite a bit. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts...
View this one large, as panoramas don't do justice so small!

I like this a lot too! I like the graphic nature of this, the lines and diagonals, the forms, shapes and arrangement of the rocks, etc. This is very well seen and crafted; the pano is perfect - even the small version has an impact. The only very small thing I'm torn about is the bush in the UL. But honestly I don't see a crop option that would be better and at least there is enough of the plant included that it comes across as being intentionally included. One of my own little guidelines - if you're going to include something, include it, otherwise don't include it at all, or minimize that element. Here, there's enough of the plant that I think in the end works in the comp - although clearly this is all about the rocks, lines and the story they tell. Well done.
