I haven't done much night photography but decided to give it a try recently when I was working in Edmonton for a couple of months on a project. I'm hoping that I will be able to catch the northern lights over this scene in the futre. Appreciate your comments.

Thanks

I have never been to Edmonton, but I love Alberta and Calgary and the Canadian Rockies.

This is a spectacular night panaroma. To my eye it is very slightly tilted towards the right; i.e., leaning right. I looked at it in the larger view also. I could be wrong, but if not, this could easily be corrected with a free-form transform. You would ultimately have to be the judge of that.

Thanks John. I used the horizon level when I took this shot but looking at it now it does seem to be off a little. Could just be an illusion but I will try giving it a slight rotation to see if it looks better. Appreciate you taking the time.

Carey: The larger version is a real treat. If you get the northern lights with this FG it would be a phenomenal image. Good luck.>=))>
