Albert: In this day of RAW capture and WB massaging the polarizer is still an indispensable filter. Made a real nice difference in this image which is just excellent. Wonderful combo of colors and shapes. 2 thumbs up! >=))>

Albert.
Fantastic use of a polarizer. This scene pops due to the nice contrast in oak to poplar colour. :toast:

Albert - Excellent call on buying and using the CPL here - it has tamed all the reflections and brought forward deep colors. Excellent assortment that does not confuse.

Great balance of color and light, Albert. The interesting shapes and detail keep the eye moving around the frame. I just bought a CPL last month.

Albert, this is a great, intimate view of fallen leaves. I especially like the subtle red glow of the two oak leaves and how they contrast with the bluish sky reflections in the aspen leaves. Since for me the 4 leaves mentioned above are the points of interest, I think cropping a bit from the right edge would improve the balance.
