Raindrops on Oatgrass

Gallery: Macro & Close-upPosted December 16, 201291 views5 comments

I have not used my camera hardly at all for 2 or 3 months...I haven't looked at all on NPN to see what people have been posting until a few days ago...so many inspiring images!

I can't say for sure this is really oat grass but it looks oatish.

Hi Eirini, good to have to back posting and comenting. Interesting image. I can't identify it, but it is interesting that you chose to post this horizontal. I like the soft monotone color and the pof on the teo main stalks and the drop. Works for me.

Hi Eirini, welcome back. This has me thinking about Hubble space images. I would like to see a larger version. It's hard to tell about sharpness in this version and I'd like to see more of that drop and it's refraction.

Welcome back !
I really like the subtle colours here, and the soft grass.
I think I'd like the water drops sharper, to anchor the image.

Erini ...nice one here. I love the abstract feel and the dual tone in the frame. Works very well for me . Well done

Really nice use of line in the image, even in the OOF background. Very simple, elegant image nicely composed.
