I recently ran a workshop on the Great Ocean Road, which takes in some of the most iconic locations in Australia. Since I had already photographed the classic views on previous occasions I made it my goal to show people some new perspectives from this coastline. An excerpt from my blog today titled "Being Different".

Great work Kah Kit, it looks perfect. Thes strong color contrasts, the repeated patterns and the curves come together perfectly.

Love this! the curving lines, the mix of warm and cool tones and the incredible texture make it an outstanding abstract. The deeper shadow on the left is particularly mesmerizing.

Very nice layering in textures and reflected light. The eye wanders right through the image- the background with a seemingly cooler color cast helps to add depth. Well seen and executed.

Love the contrast between the blues & oranges. Nice shimmer to the sand. The various patterns provide for a nice abstract image.

Stunning Kah Kit. As someone already said, I too love everything about this! So much to explore and enjoy about this image; the lines, the colors, patterns, texture, detail - this has it all. I especially love the reflected color up top in the water.

Beautiful light, colors and patterns here! With this I could definately see ignoring the obvious. Maybe a little cyan heavy in the white areas in the surf?

I just love large scale abstracts like this Kah Kit. Stunning color, light, and textures. The cyan nicely contrasts orange and yellow tones.
