Badlands Sunrise
by Joe James
This is a panoramic composite of 6 images shot at the wall in Badlands National Park at sunrise. The reds in the rock are simply stunning and the beauty is in direct contrast to how drab the same area looks just a short while later. Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
PS - I may have posted this several months ago but it's not in my gallery so if I did I forget to check the save in gallery box so apologize in advance if anyone has seen this previously.
Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks for looking!

5 commentsWonderful! Great light, color and a landscape perfect for the chosen narrow format. The combo of color with the blue sky works beautifully too.
Not sure how you might want to deal with it, but the oof knob in the LRC is mildly distracting and I think has to go, at least if you're going to print this. You could burn down the mound on the left a little, but that one isn't too bad. Definitely do something about the one in the lower right though. This should sing nicely as a print.
