Camellia Trifecta

I like the way the blossoms semi-spiral around the diagonal stem. The top blossom has a small imperfection, but I don't really mind. Most of life is like that. A 13 image focus stack in CS6.

Thanks once again for looking. Your comments and critiques are most welcome.

Really gorgeous camellia portrait, and the spiral effect and depth of focus make it a compelling image. Also love the colors.

Very pretty again, Phil. The stack looks good to me except for the center of the bottom flower which looks a bit soft (only noticeable in the large version). However, I am just being picky. Overall, the stack is well done with the flowers and leaves all in focus and a sweet bg. I like the comp and light. Excellent image.

Phil - Gorgeous. Lovely grouping of flowers and the composition. If anything, I might think of cloning the dark spots on the top most flower.

This is a stunning photo, Phil! Love the vivid colors and your fantastic comp--three flowers arranged vertically with the green leafed branch on a nice diagonal. Wonderful focus on the flowers and nice blurred background. Love this! Minor nit--there is a strange pinkish smear at the 9:00 position on the edge of the bottom flower--easy fix.
