Nice image, Sharp and well composed. It looks a bit too magenta to me, might want to play with the tint balance?

I really like the silver sage against the red and the blue sky added in. Beautiful light and color. Very well done.

Russell,
Wow, what beautiful color! Even though I haven't been there and I couldn't say one way or another how true the color is, but what I can say it's quite believable! I love the combo of the red earch and the pale (I don't even know what color to call them,) plants scattered around. Then the soft light on the very interesting rock formations and on up to a very complimentary sky - this just works beautifully.

Fabulous color Russell. Nice mix of warm and cool colors. The diagonals created by the sage also works well.

Thanks everyone. This was captured about 20 minutes after sunset under a great glowing sky, so it's true to the color of the moment.

Gorgeous capture, Russ. I can see this color being real as I've seen throughout the southwestern states over the years. In fact, I would suspect Valley of Fire is well named as outlined in Wikipedia as being derived from the RED sandstone formations in the park area.

The lines and color of the shrubs create a nice frame work for the rich red of the rocks. This is one place I would love to get back to. I once spent an interesting night there under a full moon many years ago.

Yes, I can believe those colors, as I was there for a day in 2007. Nice composition.
