Curious Eight Pointer

I had been in a blind photographing the deer at the local nature reserve. When it came time to leave, this little fellow seemed more curious than alarmed. He was so accommodating, that I just had to stop and capture a few images. He was only fifteen yards away. I liked the alert pose and the background provided by the tree. Comments and critiques welcome.

Good exposure and color in this image. I do think it is cropped just a bit tight on the right side and the bottom. I like the pose you caught this guy in. Thanks for sharing.

Good capture, Jerry. This young buck was nicely cooperative and gave you a nice look. The big tree really is a great BG to show off his antlers. It's really nice when animals are so trusting and curious. Nice effort here.

Jerry, I like how he stands out from against the dark background of the tree and I like your choice of vertical format.
