Smoke or fog, you've certainly made the most of your visit here. This one looks a bit over sharpened to me but it's still lovely.

Now I'm really getting confused! Is this Canyonlands ... or the Grand Canyon ... or the Smokey Mountains?
Seriously, this is another nice addition to your series. It's a refreshingly different Grand Canyon composition.

Bill,
I'm with Jim - where is this? which place? It's the Grand virgin staircase smokey parkway canyon, must be.
Excellent, what a great moment you've captured. The streaks of light through the smoke/haze/fog are wonderful and the bright band up top, almost high-key, works well add some drama to what could have been a quiet seen.
Now I'm usually one to point out color, and I will here. But I love the kind of teal blue/green color in the canyon - works beautifully here. However, I'm picking up a line of cyan on top of the bright layer of cloud/smoke up top; between the smoke and the far ridge - kinda like a fringing of color. Very minor though.

A different take again, Bill. It all works for me, but the really bright streak which seems a bit much. Tough to handle the light at alititudes though, and I know that best.

Fantastic again, Bill. Might try and pull back on the brightest areas in the upper right hand section and across the top. Incredible.
