On a rainy day hike amidst brilliant red, orange and yellow leaves, this comparatively drably-colored one caught my eye. The lighter color, and tendency for rain to bead up on the underside of leaves made a dazzling display, contrasting with the usual fall colors.

As you've pointed out the mostly aged leaf of the group is a nice contrast with all the others on display here, Wayne. Very nice job in the overall image with the handheld and the two elbow "duo-pod" capture too. :wink:
