Quartet (and repost)

I like the greenish tint of the flower petals and the sprinkling of red speckles in this variety. I'm going back to the pale colored orchids because they make better subjects for a high key treatment.

I wonder if I should have the flowers more centered.

Mark:
You are really spoiling us with these orchids. Framing is perfect. No specific suggestion.

The comp looks good to me on this one. The top fading to light leaves me wishing I could see a bit more of those top two, but that's just a personal preference.

I decided the stem ending behind one of the petals looked unnatural so I cloned it out. Which version do you prefer?

Mark - The repost looks more natural but trust me, I did not even notice that extra stem there. You seem to be a perfectionist, which is a good thing really.

A superb addition to your already awesome collection of Orchid shots.

Beautifully done once again, Mark ! I have no particular preference re the bit of stem - and I do think the slightly off centre comp is absolutely fine. Excellent high key image.

I love this too Mark. Answers: I like the composition as it is; better the second version.
Have you tried less saturated green in the bottom flowers and more in the upper ones? May be?
Cheers.
