This is at Point Reyes National Seashore. This was taken on the south beach off the road to the light house. 6 or 7 foot waves were crashing on the shore as the tide was coming in. It was a very exhilarating experience. I appreciate your comments and critiques.

Now! This is what brings me to the ocean! Oh my! the detail and wonderful light. Love how you caught the glow in the curl of the fg wave. Nice looking wind effect across the wave tops, too. Super real. Thrilling. Powerful. Captivating. Not quite as frightening as Scott's post from the Oregon coast!

Richard, I'm really enjoying this! Great looking action in the big waves and the light and detail really make this nice!

One does not fully appreaciate the detail and quality of light until seeing the larger version, superbly captured! :toast: :toast:

I like this a lot, Richard. It really shows off the power of those waves. I like the texture in the waves. I wonder if this would benefit from a slight boost in the saturation to further emphasize the green in the water.

Great wave action Richard! Could only imagine the experience of the smell of the ocean and sounds of crashing waves. Definitely looks like it would have been an exhilarating experience.
