Pretty shot, John--nice and peaceful!
A couple thoughts--would like to see the overall brightness a bit more--A shadow and Highlight type tool would work well i bet here. The sky is a tad grayish--id crop the dark (ND) portion for thirds in the comp and bump up the blue/cyan sat just a bit.
Oh--and if you take that advice--would love to see a repost!

I'm not sure why you only have one comment but I'll chime in. Maybe everyone is out shooting fall color. I like your composition here and you have nice light in the foreground. I like a bit of a crop off the top to eliminate the darkest part of the sky. This also directs more attention to the foreground as well which is where most of the interest lies in the image.
