The storm rolling in over the gulf was bad news for the art festival I was doing across the street but I got this image literally seconds before the rain hit and my booth stayed dry - so no complaints from me.

Dynamic shot, Barry! I like the contrast of the nice white sand, blue chairs and umbrellas lined up so nicely on the beach, and the light green water with the dark foreboding clouds in the sky. Great story-telling image.

Did I miss the rapture? Around here, those chairs would be blown away by the wind, washed away by the waves, carried away by tourists, burned by the hot dog and beer crowd, incorporated into driftwood forts by the kids, and crapped on by an assortment of gulls and crows. This image should be popular with the fine art photography crowd. It is well-executed. I love the sky. It will be a good one to have next year at the festival.

Nice shot Barry - good comp, and striking contrast between the bright foreground and the dark looming storm

The beach chairs are so precisely aligned and their color matches so well with the sky. The dark green surf really sets off the blues. Neat shot!
