Tranquility Green...

Here's a shot from my recent trip to Glacier National Park with my buddy Brian Kibbons . This shot has been on my mind for years now, and very elusive for me. It seems like everytime I'm out shooting wildflowers I see all these beauitful cornlillies everywhere, but they all are well past prime. If I had more time I would just go out earlier and shoot them specifically, but the allure of the epic wildflower scene seems to be what drive my ambitions. Well anyway, I was early at Glacier and found a bunch of really great cornlillies above Lunch creek. This is just a quick process of one shot of the gigs of shots I got of these beautiful plants. I'll have to dole them out slowly so I can have some to process for years, since I doubt I'll hit them in their prime for a while. Thanks for looking!

Beautiful - excellent catch and processing. The lines and textures are exquisite.
They have also been very elusive for me -

This alone would make the long drive to GNP worth it. Terrific detail and color; the processing looks great for being "quick"....

Great deep green Jeremy. The 'fireworks' of the white flowers punctuate the shot very well. I love the lines and the richness. Excellent shot - great previsualization.

A great find, Jeremy! Well composed with good DOF. The flowers are a nice embellishment
to the Corn Lilies that could make it on their own. I've seen a lot of excellent Corn Lily shots
but rarely with the added plus of spring/summer wildflowers. Nice lines and the exposure looks
correct for the green with good light.

Wonderful clarity and colors. The white flowers really make these cornlilies pop.I've never seen their flowers before and didn't know what they looked like.
