Sky Light

There was only a bit of haze on this evening so not much to tamp down the glare of the sun, but I wanted to shoot it anyway. Three images blended by hand in PS...one for the sky, one for the mountains, and one for the foreground and sun star. Would love to know your thoughts and thanks as always for stopping by for a look!

Like you noted, the sun glare is pretty distracting and over-powers the rest of the image which is great.

I agree with Rick, the sun glare captures too much attention.

Jean, the idea of this image is great, as the others have said as is, the sun overpowers the image. If you shot raw or bracketed some exposures you could reprocess?

A little bright on top but I really like the subject and comp. I would have shot too!
