Leopard Sky

I caught our resident Leopard Frog with a bit of sky reflection this morning. There's a blade of stray grass that seems to be growing out of its throat as well
F/9, 1/200th, ISO 640, 1D M3, 300mm f/2.8 + Kenko 2x ext. No flash.
I had to correct for some nose shine, and remove a bit of liter for this..

What an interesting looking character; and he's looking right at you. Nice capture of this guy and his reflections. Good details on the frog. I think I would opt for a tighter crop though, from the left and bottom. I feel all the bright water distracts from the star of the show IMO.

He's a very cool looking frog with the green algae on him and those spots, I've never seen one before. As nice as the reflection of the sky is I think that the frog is the star and a bit of a crop wouldn't hurt to emphasize the frog and it's reflection.

Thank you Carolyn & Hali for your suggestions.
I can't crop this any further as it's already "chopped" to about 3200 lines on the longest side.
For me, the light clouds of the sky, seen in the waters reflection, is an integral part of what I'm trying to show.
Not only do I have the frogs reflection, but the sky as well..
Here's the one I probably should've posted..I cloned out the rock URC, and it's less bright on the water.
There's also the added interest of a water bug floating by too

Howard, you have a seemingly endless array of photogenic photographic subjects at your disposal. This leopard frog is very photogenic. Excellent detail and exposure on the frog. I like the inclusion of the reflection of the sky/clouds, although this resulted in a substantial exposure latitude. I don't know if you have any GND filters, but this may have been an option to help balance the exposure. A polarizer may have also reduced the brightness of the water, but at the expense of the reflection, but so the GND may have been the better option.

This is an awesome image, Howard! I love the reflection of the frog, and the sky being in there is definitely a bonus IMO. The fact that you have a bug floating by the frog I think brings it to another level of awesomeness! Very well done!
