Razor Creek...

I spent this last weekend up in the gorge bushwacking and creek blazing on some areas not photographed very often at all. It is really amazing how green and prime the gorge is right now. I wanted to spend the next month out there, and I'm sure I could shoot a different creek everyday. Too much beauty and too little time. Thanks for looking!

I reallly like the glow you processed on the greens, and think the shutter speed is perfect to combine softness and stoppage.

Excellent shot, like the shutter speed for water and light in background. :toast: :toast:

I can never get enough of these greens from the Pacific northwest. I could be heading there later this summer so looking forward to enjoying the colors. The exposure is spot on here and the way the image is composed feels very balanced.

This is beautiful, Jeremy! I get the feeling that you're standing right in the middle of the
creek. Excellently composed and the exposure is right on. The greens are vibrant and
the shutter speed for the rapids is just right for my tastes. I alos like the inclusion of the
rapids in the creek in the upper right. That makes me want to investigate the source of
the stream.

The patterns formed by the water and soft light on the lush greens make this a very appealing image.

Totally agree with to much beauty and to little time. Love the gorge but just don't have enough time. Beautiful image Jeremy. Love your shots from out there lately. Good luck with the workshops.

Nice curving stream flow capture. The dappled light on the background greens is perfect.

Nice composition, I really like the "shape" of the whitewater.

Very nice colors and comp Jeremy. My favorite part of the image is the motion of the water moving over the foreground rock. This is a beautiful representation of spring in the Pacific Northwest.

fantastic work Jeremy - the orientation to the water dispersal in the front of the image is perfect, well balanced!

What a great looking scene Jeremy, and I really enjoy looking at this. I like this comp alot and the water looks great rushing right towards you. It also looks like a perfect exposure to me. I love the greens and the glowing background light. Very nice!

Really, really nice. My only nit is that I would like to see this BIG! Preferably on my wall. This goes way beyond the standard stream shot, because of the great lines and awesome green.

Fantastic image, Jeremy. Love the perspective with the flow of the water moving right at the viewer. The rocks, front and center over which the water is flowing, almost appear to be in motion, rearing up from the creek bed. Gorgeous, lush greens. Exquisite image.

The wide sweeping approach in the foreground really make this sing Jeremy. Great reward for the high effort! If this was easier to reach I could see it becoming iconic.
