Scott: We don't have bluebells in our neck of the woods so this is a treat. I like your DOF/POF choice especially. Well done.>=))>

Lanz, this is a very special and great image. I can tell this after having seen the larger photo. Why I like it very much? 1-great composittion; 2-excellent contrast with the blue flowers against perfect blured green BG; 3-that small but very clear diamond-like water droplet (only one waterdrop, no more!!); and 4-excellent soft light. Very well done. :toast: :toast:

Splendid colour combination, Scott, and great choice of dof. The droplet is exquisite and gives an already lovely image extra charm.

Scott:
The best in the series. The DOF is just right with bonus sharply focused drop. :toast:

Scott - Did you place that lone water drop there  ? Kidding of course. The clean isolation, nice background and the twisted leaf in the start of the cluster all come together well compositionally

Now that's what I'm talking about!
I especially like the soft light & natural colors Scott.
The single drop accents nicely & is the proverbial icing on the cake :toast: :

Having plenty of these in my area, I can let everyone know how extremely difficult they are to photograph. Try to encompass too many and you have a busy mess, try to isolate a group and you have a distracting BG. Well done, Scott. :toast:

This is the one! The focus on that center flower in the same plane as the water drop is perfect. Nice tight comp. Just as an alternative way to present this with an even tighter, cleaner comp, it would also look great square, or even as a 4x5 vertical if there is just a bit more space on the top and/or bottom. Both of those alternatives would clean up that OOF leaf on the left side. (That does not bother me much -- just "tinkering" with this fine image.)
