Another shot of my Spanish Bluebells. This was a very low to the ground shot; from an ant's point of view.

Canon Rebel T1i. 180mm macro lens. F/6.3 for 1/40 sec. ISO 100.

I like the focus on the bluebell, and the diagonal lines from the stems are nice too. The largeness of the leaf below the bloom bothers me Carolyn. I wonder if a horizontal crop with the emphasis on the bluebell would be more effective.

Beautiful Carolyn, love the color contrast against the green, and I like the vert comp.

Carolyn - You are really hitting home runs with Spanish Bluebells. The whole series including the ones on the Macro Gallery has been quite impressive. I might prefer the one on the Macro Gallery slightly over this but I like the strong vertical orientation heightened by the inclusion of the slightly OOF secondary stem on the side.

Very good work with the Spanish Bluebells.

Hi Carolyn :wavey: Unusual but pleasing perspective :jump: Lov the OF stem in the BG, and the soft color and light. I would crop a bit off that beautiful leaf, so it does not overwhelm the bluebell
