Spanish Bluebells

These Spanish Bluebells are blooming quite profusely in my flower beds right now. The blue blobs in the background are more of these flowers. I have also recently posted two close-up images of these flowers in the Macro Gallery.

Canon Rebel T1i. 180mm macro lens. F/5 for 1/60 sec. ISO 100. Tripod mounted, natural lighting.

Beautiful colors and light. I like the mixed green-blue BG. Can't see very often such nice Spanish Bluebells (and also not in Malaysia

Carolyn - Very nice looking flowers. Another good addition to your impressive photo on the Macro Gallery. I like the slanted composition and the strong contrasts.

While the Blue Dots in the background are not overly distracting, they ask for a wee bit of attention.

Beautifully done. I am okay with the bg blue spots. A circular polariser may dampen the highlights a little.

Beautiful, vibrant blues, Carolyn, with nice echoes in the bg. Very fine capture - lovely detailed textures in the petals.
