A very stormy feel in this image. Great light and texture. One of the many moods of the desert.

I hope you know that you dominate your subject matter! Don't try to shoot like anyone else, shoot the way you shoot! Your work kicks tail and I love the simplicity and sublimeness of your work! :toast:

Excellent shot, Hamed. Very nice sky to accentuate the scene. It might just be my eyes, but I think I detect a bit of a greenish cast that might be worth neutralizing.

As usual, great capture from your lens. I suggest a little less sky.

Lovely combination of glow on the dunes and moodiness in the air.

Wonderful image, Hamed, I like the funnel effect of the sand leading the eye into the distance.

Looks like a sand whirlpool, cool! The clouds and sunburst just add to that effect. Very nice!

Too cool! :toast:
I do have a suggestion--it looks like you composed this in thirds, so the sky is 1/3. But i think what you should do is compose so the light portion of the sky is 1/3. So, like Rick, i would suggest a crop of some of the dark portion up top, and then a crop off the bottom to retain the 1/3 balance. The dark top and bottom do help focus the light though, so it's a subtle distinction between the two crops.

Love this image. The lines & texture in the sand really makes this. And "yes" I would crop the top, just above the sun & below where the clouds darken.

At a glance of the thumbnail it lood dark, but now that I see it - Sweet ! I like the subtle change from light to shadow of the whole comp, as well as between the dunes and the sky beyond. The circular sweep of the ripples in the sand pulls my eye into the rest beyond, and the FG detail is a real bonus. Nice work !

It's easy to feel almost cradled by this composition. Very nice.
