Northern Lights 360 Pano

This is a shot I took a few days ago of the northern lights and the moon over Alaska. It's a full 360 degree pano. The bridge over the icy river is part of the Dalton Highway, made famous by the Ice Road Truckers show. You can see the oil pipeline beyond the road in the full-res version. I've linked to a slightly larger image. 6 exposures, ISO 6400, f2.8, 8 seconds.

Very cool shot Grant. I've just witnessed the northern lights in Iceland a couple of times, and it's breathtaking. My only concern here is dark middle section of the sky. I know what causes it, but I think the shot would look more balanced if you'd try to brighten that part a bit.

Great capture. I like how the lights seem to be bridging the gap between the two mountains.

Very cool presentation of the aurora. The formation suits the panorama and the symmetry is wonderful.
