Red-Backed Shrike

This Red-backed Shrike gave me the run-around for a long time and I finally managed to wear it down and it posed for me. The shot was taken from a vehicle in the Addo National Park here in South Africa. I like the pose and soft light. I had to go all the way to f/14.0 as I was really close and wanted to ensure that with the 500mm I had enough DoF.
