I posted this a long time ago. Hope you enjoy.

You know, you really need a decorative truck, that can be "recycled" later as the perfect planter for the front yard!

This is fun to stare at on a rainy-snowy day. It's kind of surreal. Looks like early hybrid technology, part Ford, part Dodge, and part 'dillo. I like the way you decorate your lawn, but if I tried that in the Pacific Northwest, it would all disappear into the weeds. This is a fun image, but trying to figure out what all you did to it makes my head spin. I have fond memories of getting dodge trucks out of holes with a jack like that one.

Hi Robert,

Sadly, this is not my yard ornament... This truck was found among a number of classy yard ornaments on a country road. this innovative, truck model does have one slight defect. It tends to get flattened in the middle of the road. Then, high school students place a beer can in the 'dillo's "arms".

Well this is creative recycling of a junk heap! The armadillo sculpture and the desert plant in the truck bed give this photo a sense of place. I think your creative processing also adds interest to this photo; feels like the photo was left in the "junk" too with the water stained edges. Interesting image, Lucy!
