Cool looking owl. I was fortunate to photo one of these guys recently. Was the presence of the tire causing the owl problems and were you able to move it?

Where was this photo taken Avi? The owl resembles the borrowing owl in the the US southwest, but perhaps due to the pose seems a little more robust through the body.
Do you have a version that shows just a bit more tire? It would be interesting to see a bit of the treat across the bottom of the frame.
