Icebound Leaf 2

A dead leaf is suspended in ice just below the surface. Sometimes I like to experiment and see what and image looks like as a negative--this is the first time I've ever saved one. I like the way it looks like its being illuminated from behind. High contrast, high saturation, color negative.
Canon 5DII, EF17-40@40mm, 1/160s f11, ISO 200.

I like this better than the original. You've really brought the texture of the ice out in this negative and the glow of the leaf is just lovely

It is fun to experiment with the multitude of choices our software presents us, and this is a really nice result. I love how the colors work together as well as the grainy texture.

Simply terrific! The colors and textures (both small and large) work very well together.
