Amber Eyes

I encountered a small herd of ibex upon descending Masada in Israel.I wanted to try and capture the amazing amber eyes of this female ibex, so I zoomed in close. I know it is centered, but I had no canvass left. I think the eyes make up for the shortcomings of this image. Comments and critiques welcome.

Nice portrait of this ibex. I also like the way you captured the eyes. I find the composition to be fine, I wouldn't worry about it being too centered. I do think if you could darken some of the light areas in the upper left it would help. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome ! Love those amber eyes ! Techs look good and if you have the pixels, i would prefer a vertical presentation. I recollect seeing clips of these guys from the middle east in a BBC documentary ! It was in an amazing setting with a fox chasing little ones on a steep cliff. Would love to see more pics from this encounter, especially if you have ones showing more of the environment.
