Gwydir Forest

I took this back in September whilst exploring the Gwydir forest, North Wales, somewhere I hadn't been before. I was only there a couple of hours because of the constant drizzling rain but it's certainly somewhere I will be returning to.

This is beautiful Gary. I think your comp works really well. The water looks awesome and I love that soft glow of light in the trees. The different shades of green are also beautiful. A wonderful image in my book!

Gary, your composition with the curved river is leading me nicely into the depth and the wondeful surrounding greens. A very appealing image to me which I really enjoy.

Marvelous shot! The greens are spectacular and the curves of the stream make for a very effective comp.

Superb one. Like the beautiful curve of the stream and the lush green in the surrounding forest. Simple but effective composition.

Love the glowing luminosity of the greens.... it creates a very ethereal presence to the light. I like your classical comp of the curving stream that invites me into the image. Lovely shot, Gary.
