Another one from my meander around this (really quite small) outcrop of lavender-pink sandstone at St. Bees Head, Cumbria, UK.

Very interesting subject well spoted and composed. I find the color palette quite appealing.

Each of your shots in this series has worked very well, and this post is no exception. I like the composition and of course the color palette.

I think I like this one better than the last with the juxtaposition of the lines to the curves of the stones. Still, beautiful tones. Well done.

Julian,

Man, you're really cleaning up from this outing. Another very strong composition and image from here. In this one here I clearly see the head of a dolphin; but no matter, I still really enjoy the balance and proportion between sandstone and polished stones. Beautifully crafted.

What a cool find, Julian. I love the graphics here along with the color palette. These kind of intimate scenes are always so fascinating.

Fine contrast in sizes of stone and complementary colors. Excellent.
