Sensuous, if that's possible for stone (and I think it is). The soft folds in the rock are quite captivating.

I think as Tony said, "sensuous" is a good description--somehow!! :) The curves and lines are great along with the beautiful stones.

This is very sensuous. Wonder color and texture of the sandstone. Were that little rocks that blue?

Your work always feels so considered to me, Julian. I can see you studying these patterns closely and exploring them deliberately and the results are very enjoyable.

Beautifully seen and crafted Julian. I love the design here with all the soft curves and wonderful shapes. The visual contrast between the gathering of small stones and the expanse of sandstone is wonderful. I might be inclined to crop some off both the top and bottom to bring it more towards a (biased) 4:5 ratio, otherwise no nits from me.

I too will have to agree with Tony's use of the word sensuous. The form of that rock with the hint of line, pattern, and texture together with the pebbles... a beautiful and moving abstract.
