During the weekend, Sweden has been hit by a violent storm with gusts up to 79 miles/hour. The wind peaked on sunday afternoon. I visited the coastline both on saturday and monday. To windy on saturday but on monday I managed to pull off some descent shoots. Your input is of great value.

I really like what you have done with isolating this rugged section of coastline, Christer. Great choice on the SS; it showcases the water beautifully.

Christer, I enjoy the dynamics of the sea together with the steadyness of the rocks. The forboding darkness in the background consistently reflects this specific atmosphere to me. A strong and convincing image to my eye.

That's a very nice portrait Christer. The composition is maybe a bit busy, but at the same time I see the work with lines and repeating shapes. I also like the atmosphere due to the color and the darker top. Very good work!

Christer,

I think this is outstanding, I love this. Terrific treatment of the water; slow enough to evoke motion in the surf, yet not so long that all detail and texture is lost. I even like how some of the water is spilling over from the top in the mid ground rocks. I also like the gently highlights on the wet rocks. Even the bg is interesting and the darkness I think is effective keeping attention in the foreground rock and surf. This is an impressive capture IMHO.

Extremely well composed. I like this a lot. Great water action, very moody and dramatic, and the muted colors are very nice.

I like this. The light seems concentrated in the center of the frame and the darkening around the edges keeps my eyes in the picture . . . which they like.

Beautiful composition and presentation on this image. This is one of the most striking images I have seen on this forum.

Hi Christer,

i think this a good shot. The exposure and the composition is great, i like it when you isolate the rocks and leave out the sky. Great work my friend.
