This has a very somber mood David but I love the delicate light and soft colors.

You really need to view this large to appreciate this. I really love all of the photos from this area you do David. Great work.

Very nice, David. I agree with Todd that the large version is the way to look at this one. I enjoy the colors and the wonderful detail, as is always the case with your work! I like the mood of this place.

Love this one. The composition is great and the contrast of color is very nice. This looks like a great place to film a horror movie. The details in the large version are quite nice as well. Thanks for sharing!

Nicely done Davis. Such a wonderful contrast between the gray and reddish color. The inpenetrable cypresses look very impressive.

The vertical lines in the moss and the trees make this a truly unique shot. I really like.

The wall of color and texture and detail is awesome. Color contrast of the red pine neddles is great as well. I'm just not so sure I like the dry foreground as much as the amazing reflections you capture. But, I do like the diversity too.

David: Your cypress pictures always take me back to North Florida and the cypress trees I grew from seed. Your cypress are just beautiful. I am thankful for the wonderful taxodium distichum. And thank you for sharing.

The color contrast is a huge benefit as well as the surreal painterly look!
