Another shot of the Peregrine Falcon - unfortunately a bigger crop than I would have liked. If I'd had the TC on it would have been a much better shot, though it's likely I never woud have gotten it with the slow focus of that combo and the brilliantly fast peregrine. I'm also curious if the tree in the background is too much of a distraction.

I like the wing action -- the trees in the back do not bother me -- but -- I would clone ot the far right tree

Great fortune to get any sort of photo of this uncommon and magnificent bird. I think that the image is made stronger by the presence of the background trees, although a thicker forest would have been even better potentially. I say this not because you had some sort of control over this, but merely as you asked about the trees at all. You must have achieved perfect focus on the bird because it has held up quite well to the major crop.

Branches don't bother me, I like the wing position.

Great flight pose and POV Luke, love that head position as he looks straight at you.
I think the well OOF vertical branches are a plus rather than a minus here :toast:

Luke,

Great picture, no surprise there. I think that the oof trees make the Falcon stand out more. I like the wing action & that it is looking at you.

Very difficult and excellent capture here. I like the detail and the trees. I leave the right one in, for balance. There is a spot along the bottom border about half way that could disappear.
