Antelope help

Classic view of Antelope canyon.

Antelope is a crowded place and I couldn't really get the image I wanted. To compensate this is a blend of two images from two slightly different positions, neither of which I was really happy with due to obscuring elements.

I am considering printing this (large) as a gift (and memory for the receiver), so any comments regarding processing that could help before sending it for printing would be especially welcome. Any oher comments or critiques are of course also greatly appreciated.

The strong textures here really make for an engaging image. The glow looks perfect.

Only recommendation I have is to lighten the upper right corner Johan. Gorgeous non-the-less and I am sure the receiver will be pleased. I do see an eagle and bear in the background. I visited here in 2007 and every image I see of this place still sends chills down my spin.

As a gift to the receiver, i think this is fine as is--real pretty!
If you want to do something unique, my suggestion would be to crop the bottom (above the bright ground) and the top (below the brightest rays). That would transform this from a shot I've seen thousands of times before, to a shot i don't think I've ever seen before.

Thanks for your kind comments.
Eva, unfortunately there is not much more to bring out of the top right corner, but I will give it another try. I see the eagle, but the bear keeps eluding me

Johan - I might recommend cropping off the light beam on the canyon floor - looks too hot for me. The upper portions of the beam seem to hold more detail, and I would expect them to be bright as well. Looks like it will make a nice print.
