Surreal color Abdulmajeed. How long was the exposure?

Love it! You've got stars, aurora , and geysers in the same picture. Amazing.

Otherwordly - Very cool shot with lots of interest. Like the steam going one way, aurora the other. I could see a slight pano crop as well. :toast:

Personally, I think it's too bright--it looks like a daylight shot with stars, a bit odd. It's certainly an awesome combo though of aurora and geysers.

That is one unusual image here! Nice job! Maybe a little off the top to 16:9? This is another world!

Great collection of colors, stars, action. I'd hang this one.

Very cool shot! I certainly have not seen anything quite like it before. Like Stan, I find the brightness of the landscape a bit disconcerting and would probably pull it down some in PS if it were mine. I think I'd leave the luminosity of the steam alone though to allow it to stand out.

Seeing as how I have never been to this area, I can not judge whether or not the foreground is too bright. I've been in places in the Winds during full moon where you can see almost like this (although in a more monochromatic way), so it's possible. And it's obviously a slightly longer exposure (guessing under 30s), so the sensor would capture the moon brighter than it appeared...just like it feathered the aurora and steam. ;]

Nice work.
