Once again I'm stepping out from the conventional looking down the road/path view and posting a panorama that has a road running from one side to the other. I also have to apologize for the inclusion of the dogs. I only did the one pano and they were in it.

This is stitched from 4 vertical frames so the resolution is quite high. Even the large version doesn't have near the presence it has on my big monitor at 2560 pixels.

Gary, you certainly have a plethora of grand scenic images. Once again, the clouds and light help show off the landscape. What road is this?

Beautiful scene. I really like the shadows from the clouds.

Oops, sorry, Scott. I forgot to mention the location. This is Thompson Pass, Alaska looking pretty much East. The road is the Richardson Highway (the first road to Fairbanks).

Goregous! The sky is absolutely breathtaking and the location is stunning. I love the pano treatment. Well done, Gary!

The lighting and sky are great. As is the pano format, but this suffers badly from the compression. Even in the larger version it's hard to figure out what the foreground figures are. I find the white dog in the foreground distracting.

A wonderfully designed panorama Gary. All the elements (including the dogs) come together wonderfully. Great work.
