This scene of Mt. Rundle reminded me of a ghost ship because of the unique lighting

What incredible lighting! The composition with the trees is just delightful too, and the subtle mist to top it off. I could have done without the branch in the water (but would have place the rock to the right in that case, for balance).

What an incredible shot! Beautiful comp, colors, mist, and lights! The best Mt. Rundle shot I've ever seen.

Kartik,
Wonderful light, great detail on the peak in the larger version. I almost wish the shoreline was not populated by a single rock or submerged branch, but the more I look at the image the easier I'm finding it to accept them.

I love the light and atmosphere in the background, but I think I could do without the boulder at the bottom. It causes the composition to feel forced in my opinion, and a panoramic crop would be an easy and beautiful solution.

This is sweet Kartik. I hope you made a version without so much of the left side. That right side is amazing for sure... :)

This is just beautiful all around Kartik! I also think a crop of just the mountain and reflection up to the submerged branch and just right of those trees would look fantastic as well!

This is beautiful. The light is amazing and the mist gives this such a nice feel. I can see your thoughts about the ghost ship too.

Wow, what great lighting! I can tell you planned to be in the right spot and were prepared for this special event. I like the shoreline at the bottom and the placement of Mt. Rundle. The gold color against the majority blue really pulls me in. Bravo!

Amazing. The mountain really does appear to be floating on a sea of blue. The rock in the lower left seems to throw the composition off, maybe because it competes with the trees and the mountain for attention. Not a deal breaker though. Outstanding image.

Incredible light ! Not sold on the composition completely though. But that is subjective. Seems like too many elements to follow not in any order.

Wow! that light is incredible - you caught a special moment for sure. I like the composition as is, but I believe a crop from the bottom could work as well - that's just a minor observation though.

Beautiful image Kartik! Love the ix of cool and warm color. The subdued shadows also work very well.

That is absolutely amazing light! What a gorgeous shot. The comp is a little out of the box. I agree about the foreground rock being a little out of sorts. I think this works well as a pano, and it would make the mountain fill more of the frame too.

Nice light and nice title, fits the image well. I would consider cropping up from the bottom to remove that rock though. Otherwise congrats on this unique shot.

Nice shot! I'm not a huge fan of the fore ground...but the sweet light and color contrasts still make it a winner. Make a pano crop and its freaking killer!!!
