For the few of you that have red/Cyan glasses.
Its a slow job but I think I am getting there. Did a lecture last night and tried a few on the audience- they loved it but looked a bit silly with the glasses on !
Done with one camera and about 4 inches movement to the right.

Glasses, who needs glasses?

The future is here, but not in the UK. Yet?

Glad you wowed your audience, John. I bet they didn't mind looking silly when they saw the 3D effect.

That wood pigeon is becoming quite a three dimensional star.

The 3D effect works well here John, but it must be hard work doing it with one camera. You need a co-operative subject!

If I'm honest I'm yet to be convinced that 3D is the future of photography but I can imagine it could work well as part of a lecture.

Thanks Matt. Its really something different to do. I get so fed up with the same old birds in a puddle or on a stick stuff.
It really is a new world with static subjects but the birds or moving objects are a real challenge. Whats the point of photography without a challenge. The reason I think it will catch on is for one simple reason - what is there left ? Once the no glasses version is sorted (and it will be ) - just think of the possibilties. Just my humble view.
Cheers
John
