I saw all these purple flowers and backgrounds...so decided to grab this one and post it. Will this theme keep goin'?

Ken:
This is just wonderful and top notch. It looks like the blue light is trying to escape from the cracks between the petals. Well done

You're right - a lot of purple colours today in Flora!
Love this image - great colours, just enough fine detail in the FG, nicely blurred back edges, and set off with a perfect BG.
Well done!

W W Ken, it's a "gem" of an image. The lighting is just fantastic. Like a jewel, it just glows in this light. First class.

The focal point is very engaging. Love how the magical leaves command attention and yet lead into the rest of the image. Well done, Ken.

Outstanding image. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that beautiful lighting.

Great dof control Ken. The centered comp works very well and the colors are spot on.

Ken: Superb SOA shot. I especially like the comp and DOF/POF choice. The color palette is pretty wonderful as well. The only thing that would make this better for me is if you would make that little tan loop on the very edge of the flower at 3 o'clock go away. It does grab my eye and I wish it wasn't there. Good vision, good photography. >=))>

Beam me up to the mothership! This looks like an alien city or maybe something from the Jeston's! I love the details, the color, and the glow. All very nicely done! Such an interesting subject...I'd probably call it anything other than masterwort, though

Very captivating, gorgeous color and DOF! I like the soft green that almost becomes one with the background and flows into the leafs into another color.
